Hourly Consulting/Guidance

This package offers a tailored-made service to the clients with hourly consultation, personalized attention and customized event planning guidance.

Consultations should be scheduled via Calendly – AKA Planners, and will be held via phone or video call. Consultations will be charged in advanced at a rate of $50 /hour.

If you later decide to upgrade to a Premium or Elite Package, this amount will be credited to your total of services

Month-of-Coordination/ Event Management

The premium package will enable the client to rely on our expertise for all the planning during the last month before the event. Tasks like vendor payments and coordination, event timeline and day-of coordination and setup, will be our responsibility so you can enjoy your celebration hassle free. Starts at $450.

Full Service/Full Planning and Event Design

The Elite is a Full-Service package. From the day you book with us until your celebration takes place, we will be there to guide you, help you make informed decisions, understand and protect your budget, and make your dream event come true with superior event planning, personalized attention, and special details that reflect your unique personality and will make your event a memorable occasion for you and your guests. Starts at $950.
