Country Club Wedding
Location: Caracas, Venezuela
Andreina and Gregg got married at a Country Club in Caracas, Venezuela on a very rainy day in August.
Andreina welcomed her bridesmaids and family to get ready while having a toast with champagne and hors d’oeuvres and take pictures together. The bridesmaids’ dresses were a pastel mint green, and her bouquets were pastel coral roses which made a very nice contrast.
The church was decorated with light candles and beautiful flowers arrangements of white Alstroemerias. it was simple but elegant.
The country club room was an open space surrounded by golf courts. A Charcuterie Station, a Carpaccio Station, A Popcorn Bar and a Cocktail Bar, were offered to the guests while the bride and groom had their beautiful pictures taken.
There was a roof covered area and an open terrace, so we had two different setups. Different shaped tables with beautiful centerpieces, Modern Chandelier lamps, and “leaving room” areas with sofas, rugs, and coffee tables, were some of the items that filled our reception.
The dance floor included two facing stages. One for the live band, and one for the DJ. This made it very fun and dynamic as people kept turning and moving closer to whichever was playing the music.
At dinner time, two different buffet stations were offered. One of Entrecote (a french style premium steak cut), and the other one served grilled Grilled Salmon. Both served with sides of truffled roasted potatoes, and 2 different types of salad.
The dessert station showed all kinds of miniature bite size sweets and a 3-tier cake. Macaroons, brownies, cookies, a cupcake tower, almonds, and the list goes on.
At 2AM we had the “hora loca!” – The DJ played a music set that got everybody, young and old, on the dance floor. We gave out custom made foam hats and glow-in-the-dark party favors. Two confetti explosions and tequila shots helped maximize our incredible Hora Loca!. At 3AM, we opened the Arepa Station with Chocolate Milk. The perfect breakfast after all that drinking and partying!
The music went back to lounge and the lights went on. The bride and groom were the last to leave the party!.
